Problem connecting a PCI-1756 DIO card and Matlab/Simulink

I have problem with my PCI-1756 DIO card.

I installed on PC the advantech driver software. This card works great in Advantech Device Manager and Matlab (Data Acquisition Toolbox). But, I can?t work in Real-Time Windows Target Toolbox. For example, I used ?digital output? block from this toolbox, but SIMULINK can not connect to this card. I press ?Build model? after that ?Connect to Target? and ?Start Real-Time Code?, but on card don't loading. I use Matlab 2011a (32 bit).

I need your help in this matter.
