Grade 10-12 Math review book

Hi, I'm teaching adults grade 10, 11 and 12 precalculus math (algebra,
trigonometry, functions, probability...). Would you have a suggestion
on a math book that would cover all three grades. I do not want the
students to by a different book each year.
