Greetings from the wintery California-Oregon border country!

In an amusing article in Notices of the American Mathematical Society,
44(1997)22-25, Gian-Carlo Rota claimed that Hilbert based Grundlagen der
Geometrie on work of many others. The works of several that he mentioned by
name are quite familiar to me. But one name, Kohn, is not. The only Kohn
with papers in that area reviewed in the Jahrbuch database is G. Kohn.
Googling suggests this is Gustav Kohn. The database lists a retrospective
article in Monatshefte 32(1922)281-293 which I won't be able to see for a
month or so. But does anyone know Kohn's dates, and perhaps have a
reference to an obituary? Any tip will be appreciated.
