Would the Electronic Journal of Combinatorics count?
Anyway, google for "Pertti Lounesto". Either here in sci.math or elsewhere.
In general, I'd say if you cannot find an inconsequential error (e.g. failure to handle a boundary case, say) in 1 paper in 10, and a significant error in one in a hundred, you're not looking very hard.
