I am interested in team teaching a cross-grade (3rd and 4th) math class using a workshop approach. Does anyone have any experience using this approach? Or is there any research to which you could point me? I have read Jill Ostrow and, of course, Marilyn Burns. Their approaches to math parallel what I am interested in doing.
