[HM] "The Map Is Not the Territory"

My understanding has been that "the map is not the territory" was originated by Alfred Korzybski. However, Wikipedia states that Korzybski derived this from Eric Temple Bell. Can anyone supply any information about Bell's (alleged) usage of this phrase?
