Hi all,

I'm programming a league system for computer games. In these leagues a
number of teams play eachother to climb the league ladder. Teams can
challenge eachother so there is no predetermined schedule.

As an extra feature I want to include a betting system. Players can bet
with virtual dollars on matches.

The question is:

How do I calculate odds? Is there a known system for this? Maybe someone
could explain how this work -or- point me at a website where this system is
dicussed?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
