Last week I posted a question: Is there a good survey book on the CBH
Formula. I've received a bit of mail, and the consensus is that there
seems to be a lot of CBH stuff outthere, but it is not well collected.

Anyway, this prompts the question: Has there been recently, or will
there soon be a conference devoted to the CBH and related formulae
(Zassenhaus, etc.)?
