non parametrical tests

I am looking for statisticals tools such as Anova but for non
parametrical datas.

What I really need is a test that have this sort of caracteristics:

-it may works with unbalanced experimentals plans.
- it may manage n factors, and their interaction effect.
- it may eventually compute the strenght of the effects.
