Looking for good people - statistical literacy

Dear members of the numeracy list:
The International Statistical Literacy Project of the International Association for Statistical Education is looking for a volunteer or volunteers who will help to maintain and update the resource listings for Adult Learners and Adult Educators.
ISLP is an international initiative started a couple years ago, and aims to be a one-stop webpage from which educators working at all levels and contexts (primary, secondary, tertiatry, workplace, and more) can reach materials focused on learning basic statistical concepts, developing statistical literacy, and related issues. The ISLP is temporarily hosted at: <http://course1.winona.edu/cblumberg/islplist.htm> but will move in the future into the IASE's official website.
Overall, ISLP is a wonderful promising resource and is steadily growing. All the people who contribute to it are volunteers. I have been in charge of the Adult section since ISLP started, but due to overload must find a replacement. If you take this position, you will be asked to scout around and send the ISLP coordinator suggestions and brief annotations for new entries every once in a while, hopefully 2-3 times a year. No other ongoing work in involved (except of course for enjoying the feeling you are helping an international project). While ISLP at present mainly serves as a hub and points users to other addresses where the materials are actually hosted, it also wants to receive source materials which will be placed on its own server. This means that it is possible for practitiones to contribute lesson plans, class materials, proven tips, etc to ISLP, and these will be credited to the contributor.
Please judge for your self by visiting any of the ISLP webpages at <http://course1.winona.edu/cblumberg/islplist.htm> (The Adult part is down the list - just scroll)
If you are interested in helping ISLP, contact its coordinator, Prof Carol Blumberg (Winona State University, USA), at: <CBlumberg@winona.edu>.
With best wishes to all of us for a happy and productive new year!
