Dear friends,

a colleague who is one of the organizers of the Madrid ICM 2006 has asked me
whether it is possible to find memorabilia of the Paris congress in 1900
(posters announcing the congress, photographs, invitations to the congress
dinner... any kind of memorabilia).

I have asked some French colleagues and it seems difficult to locate such
things in Paris. Perhaps only in the (private) collections of mathematicians
who attended the congress and who may have kept them.

Does any one of you have suggestions about this?
Thanks and best wishes,

Jose Ferreiros
