In standard notation:
a = 4, b = 7.5, c = 8.5. To find R/r
First observe that the triangle is right angled at C
So R = c/2 and r = s - c
Here 2s = a + b + c = 20, s = 10
So R = 4.25 and r = 1.5
Hence R/r = 17/6.
