A Circumcircle And Altitude Puzzle

Let the altitudes from the vertices A, B and C of an acute angled triangle ABC meet the circumcircle at P, Q and R respectively.
Show that :
Area ( Triangle PQR)/ Area(Triangle ABC) <= 1
