calling all elementary teachers!

Hello! My name is Annie Korte, and I am a graduate student in Education at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York. I would like to invite you to participate in my research study about elementary classroom teachers? (K-6) perceptions of the effectiveness of their substitute teachers.
