Dear Robert,

I do not know if the Ars Magna is available on line, but the Giardino di
Archimede (a math museum in Florence) has scanned hundreds and hundreds
of early mathematical texts and placed them onto CDRoms, the 1663
Huguetan edition of Cardano's _Opera Omnia_, included (disc 7 or 8).
Some libraries in the US are sure to have them.

Hope that helps!

Best,
Arielle
