Building Cumulative Density Function in Matlab

Hello all, I am facing a problem, hope anyone could help me out: For my training set of speech frames, I calculated 2 continuous features say x1, and x2 each of which lies in a range of bins . I have also calculated the conditional probability distribution P(x1x2) for all the training data set were where P(ij) is the conditional probability that x1 is in the ith x1bin, given that x2 lies in the jth x2bin. Now I am required to build the cumulative density function P(x1>threshold tx2), for a certain predefined threshold t(a threshold chosen from the range of values of x1). I hope anyone can help me out, and give me any hint on how to build this cumulative density function using Matlab... I apologise if my questions seem a bit naive but its my first time to try to use Matlab in Statistical concepts. Thanks alot in advance
