Hello all,
I am facing a problem, hope anyone could help me out:
For my training set of speech frames, I calculated 2 continuous
features say x1, and x2 each of which lies in a range of bins .

I have also calculated the conditional probability distribution
P(x1|x2) for all the training data set were
where P(i|j) is the conditional probability that x1 is in the i-th
x1-bin, given that x2 lies in the j-th x2-bin.

Now I am required to build the cumulative density function
P(x1>threshold t|x2), for a certain predefined threshold t(a
threshold chosen from the range of values of x1).

I hope anyone can help me out, and give me any hint on how to build
this cumulative density function using Matlab...
I apologise if my questions seem a bit naive but its my first time to
try to use Matlab in Statistical concepts.
Thanks alot in advance
