Hi, All:

I am seriously considering a second degree (Baccalaureate) because I am
becoming increasingly interested in mathematics. I am not good at math
in the sense of having that special relationship with numbers many real
mathematicians seem to have, but I find it interesting enough and am
especially concerned with its teaching...but mostly I am just curious
and enjoy the company of fellow learners.

So what is the "best" program in Mathematics and Math Education within
the City University of New York?

I am also thinking of pursuing, concurrently, a Master's Degree in
Urban Planning and/or Creative Writing. Eclectic, I know. But all
advice appreciated; thanks!

Oh, BTW, I'm 34, if that might mean anything where pursuing mathematics
is concerned.
