there is a recording of a conversation between a Verizon customer and =
Verizon telephone support people. It runs about twenty minutes and =
shows what a hard time people have understanding decimals beyond =
hundredths when dealing with money ... very interesting.
Perhaps also interesting to study through a critical numeracy lens.
