- Hans Degmelt of University of Washington, USA, and
- Wolfgang Paul of University of Bonn, GERMANY,
to Voluntarily Surrender Back to THE NOBEL FOUNDATION
THE 1989 NOBEL PRIZE IN PHYSICS
given to them based on the fact that THE ATOMIC CLOCK
is Scientific Controlling the passing of the time
through the fact that the Cesium's Atom Frequency of 9,192,631,770 Hz.

THE AMERICAN CIVILIZATION'S GEOMETRY
indicates that the Frequency that Numerically Coordonates with the Second

through explaining how the Geometrical Proportions of:
- the Square of side .7 and perimeter 2.8,
- the Square of side 1.05 and perimeter 4.2, and
- the Square of side 1.75 and perimeter 7,
all af them being nothing else than
ANCIENT GEOMETRIC POINTS.
The Research Data of this miniserie of articles
MATHEMATICALLY PROOVE that the Numerical Value
seen by us as " THE ATOMIC FREQUENCY"
that SCIENTIFIC COORDONATES WITH THE SECOND
it is 9.1875 which comes down from 9,1875,000,000 Hz.

to be excluded for now, for that this "square"
can not be explained until I have explained

Became familiar with THE KEY TO CABALA
and THE NATURAL GEOMETRIC PI VALUE 3.14626437..

Note that using the Natural Geometric PI Value, by the Key to Cabala
when you inscribe a Circle in a Square you have a ratio of 1.271348981,
and when you inscribe a Sphere in a Cube you have a ratio of 1.907023471.

Now take this "7.34128353"
(THE NAGADA CULTURE'S 1St DENOMINATOR)
and multiply it with the Ratios of "1.271348981" and "1.907023471" of
THE KEY TO CABALA
First View: 7.34128353 x 1.271348981 = 9.33333...
Second View: 7.34128353 x 1.907023471 = 14.
Now look carefull !
By THE KEY TO CABALA you should have in "7.34128353"
a - In the First View this "7.34128353 should be a Circle, and
b - In the Second View this "7.34128353" should be Sphere, isn't it?

For the Square of Perimeter "9.333.." you should have a Halfside of 1.1666...,

for that there is the GPS Satelite and the Errors of Length
can be easy "erassed",
there is a "BUT", that in a Occuring Situation when a Military Power
shall be able to STOP the Electromagnetic Communication
between the GPS and the Receiver, and the need that a
"POINT TO POINT" EXACTITUDE TO BE USED
in that time the Civilization shall realize what
