More teacher training (gnu thread)

I've blogged a couple more mathcasts for my gnu math
teachers, fanning out across the country this summer
(look for a circus near you). They tend to have these
"kits" plus an assembly of commercial toyz such as Zome,
which I adequately hype in Part 2. The kits get across
the basics of elementary geometry, content generally
bleeped over in the schools we compete with (we're not
necessarily any less public though).
