What do you when your chairman can't teach mathematics

I had an assistant principal of mathematics in the high school I used to teach in who cannot teach pre-calculus but has criticized teachers who have for their teaching styles.

He is a pompous fool who is ill-prepared and who doesn't listen well and ignores constructive criticism.

What to do?
