Another frequent integral with a function as a limit: the inner
integrals of a multiple integral.

But I guess that's not normally discussed in ap-calc, so hard to use
as an example with the students of when they'd need this sort of
fundamental theorem (with the upper limit depending on x in a fancier
way).
