Bob Hostetler, Bruce Edwards, and I have received lots of questions about
our new Internet Calculus project

http://hmco.TDLC.com/icalc.html

It was suggested that I post some information here.

The site is huge---it has taken a team of 8 working full time for over a
year to bring us to this point. The first third of the on-line text already
has more than 10,000 screens. There is a quick "feature tour" available at
the site. The publisher will be giving free "desk copies" to instructors to
use at home or in the classroom. Student copies require a paid subscription.

I am excited about this "new" type of calculus text. With this site, it's
not just a student interacting with a computer, but it is also students
interacting with each other.
