The Topical Outline for the AP Calculus Courses is available online at
http://www.collegeboard.org/ap/math/html/new006.html.

The same info is contained in the Acorn booklet, but if you can't find your
booklet, it's on the Web.

Checking my downloaded copy of this page, it says: (under Techniques of
antidifferentiation) "Antiderivatives by substitution of variables
(including change of limits for definite integrals)."
It's not asterisked, so it's on both AB and BC.
