hi craig,
i have left to do:
implicit differentiation
particle motion probs
trapezoidal & Riemann
& more related rate applications

it is true i have briefly introduced ALL of these, but of course the
students need to become competent on their own. hope it´s helpful!
sometimes it feels like a LOT and others, manageable,

(i use Schaum´s)
