The Calculus Page Has Moved, Please Make a Note of It!

Sorry, I forgot the subject line:
Please be advised that all orders have been sent out for this AP season.
Kindly reply to this email when you receive your shipments.
Also, The Calclus Page has moved. As you can see below, in my sig file,
you can still access it through
HTTP://FREENET.BUFFALO.EDU/~AJ317
but the actual website address has changed from
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/sffbookclub
to
HTTP://MEMBERS.AOL.COM/CALCPAGE
and the email address for calculus orders (also as seen below) is now
CALCPAGE@AOL.COM
Please make a note of the changed addresses and come visit the revised
site. We're running new DISK specials too!
