I am looking for some good ideas about the mechanics of homework in my A.P.
course. I currently use the Foerster book and somewhat follow the assignment
guides listed with the text, which seems pretty good overall. But I'd really
like to know how some other teachers handle the little things concerning
homework.

Items such as:
- assigning homework (format, timing, # of problems, frequency, etc.)
- grading homework (point value, method, etc.)
- reviewing homework
- anything to make homework more effective

This is my 8th year of teaching calculus, 3rd of AP Calculus and I'm looking
for ways to improve the course and generally motivate the kids.
