THE DECIMAL FRACTIONS
come toward us through the act of Fibonacci ,
who in the 1st part of the 13 century AD,
is recorded in the History of the Mathematics
to have carried THE DECIMAL FRACTIONS
from the Arab World to the then Europeans
who were still in The Drak European Age
imposed on them by the Vatican Religious Interests
of surpressing the science of mathematics, and declaring it as:
"A PAGAN SCIENCE".

As the Research of the available evidence
seems to indicate ALMOOST NOTHING concerning how
THE DECIMAL FRACTIONS
appeared in use to the civilization, years back,
remeained perplex of this "appearition", then when I joined
the known fact that the civilization has two time periods
with respect to THE POSITION OF ZERO VALUE:
(a) The First Time Period - No Positional Zero Value, and then
(b) The Second Time Period - Positional Zero Value,
later through applying differente Mathematical Models,
I was able to break the Time-Secret of this
LOST PART OF THE HISTORY OF MATHEMATICS
and I remained bewiledered of the fact that
I found that through the researching
the four PI Values of the Civilization
- PI Value of the Sumerians = 3.146264369
- PI Value of the Science of Mathematics= 3.141592654
- PI Value of the Rhind Mathematical Papyrus= 3.160493827, and
- PI Value of the First Egyptian Royal Cubit = 3.144889673
through
THE MAIN CODE OF
THE FREQUENCY OF THE PI VALUE IN POINT
which was decoded by me as "211", and seen herein in the article:

I had acces to Other Unknown Codes
that when I coordonated them with:
- The Year Zero of the Old Hebrews = 3760 BC
- The Year Zero of Sosigenes 4713 BC, and
- The Year Zero of the Mayan calendar 3111 BC
THEY ALL indicated Coordonation of such sublety
that I was able to read
A LOST PART OF THE HISTORY OF MATHEMATICS
like an architect reads his Blue-Print.
This Article is just one-more-step toward letting you
read the same "blue-prints" that myself I have read
through which you shall see that
ARCHIMEDES NEVER EXITED.

2nd ASPECT

This Second Aspect appeared to me when I realized
that I can research the PI Value's Frequench through only 9 decimals.
...and fortunately my hand-held calculator having just 9 decimals
came handy in this endeavor.

As you saw in The Main Code "211" we dealt with 3 operations:
(a) Addition which was seen as "1 + 1 = 2"
(b) Multiplication, which was seen as "1 x 1 = 1", and
(c) Division, which was seen as "1 : 1 = 1"
whose sum was decoded by me as 2 + 1 + 1 = 211.
Note that THE SUBTRACTION, which was seen as "1 - 1 = 0"
was VOIDING ITSELF, and thus NOT PARTICIPATING.
