Runge-Kutta with fixed step size

Does Matlab provide any way of implementing a fourth-order
Runge-Kutta integration with a fixed step size?

I'm trying to diagnose some differences in the results of
two ecosystem models (the original, written in Visual .net,
and my rewrite in Matlab). The original was implemented
using a fixed step size, while I've been using the ode45
function, so I'd like to eliminate that difference for now
so I can search for other possible problems. I can write my
own algorithm easily, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't
overlooking some tip using the original Matlab ODE functions
first.
