TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.

As it appears that the Federal Agents have found out that
IN SECRET NASA IS UPGRADING THE SPACE SHUTTLES
in recalculating the Shutless Controlls and Trajectories
by the PI Value "3.146264369.." of
THE AMERICAN CIVILIZATION'S GEOMETRY
(Copyrights 1990 thru 2008 by Ion Vulcanescu),
as also may be possible that PENTAGON is doing the same, and
as the US Mass Media appears to colaborate with The White House
in keeping the cover on this Activity for the implying reason of
"US National Security",
I herenow through this Public Notice
I make known to US Department of Justice that
I DID NOT AUTHORIZED NASA
OR ANY OTHER ENTITY OF USA GOVERNMENT
to use the Copyrighted by me PI Value "3.146264369..."
of "3.14626437" and therefore
I now call on US Dept of Justice to immediate step in, and :
(a) - Based on the Fact that
US PRESIDENT GEORGE H. W.BUSH
during 1991 sillenced the NASA Senior Engineers who sustained
to The White House that this PI Value appears scientific, and
(b) - Based on the Fact that
US PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON
has covered-up the act of George H. W. Bush, and
(c) Based on the Fact that
THIS US PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH
from the very first days in the Office he catalogued
AS "USA STATE SECRETS"
all the papers of the Former USA Presidents
(thus including his father), and
(d) - Based on the Fact that
THE USA NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES,
US MATHEMATICAL SOCIETY, as also

all other USA Universities keept the sillence on this Subject

and now recorded with the Libraries of the academies of sciences of:
France, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Romania, Japan, Australia, etc.,

bring to Justice all the above three USA Presidents
who it appears that are involved in covering-up
THE REDISCOVERY OF THE LOST NATURAL GEOMETRIC
