Depending on the ages- http://www.bigbrainz.com/index.php?PARTNER=brettstaylor for teens and young adults to learn their times tables. It is free for schools for a 30 day trial after which it still works but without all the graphics. It is free for individuals for the base version and about $40 for the full version.
Also, try putting my web site http://www.geocities.com/multiplicationfacts on your computers as a homepage or bookmark. I have tons of good links for adults related to math and other GED subjects.
