PUBLIC LETTER - The Discovery of the Dacia's Codes

Although I had the intention to stay out of Mathforum
until Sept. this year, as on May 11 2008
I have announced the Romanian Academy of
THE BREAKING OF THE TRAIAN COLUMN'S CODES,
as the Prezidum of the Romanian Academy
did not answer aknowledge it,
or for Political Interests the Bush Administration
stopped such E Mail to reach
THE ROMANIAN ACADEMY,
due to the Great Importance
for the Romanian and Italian peoples history
as also for the Civilization's now Lost ( or Falsified) History,
I see no other way than translating now such E mail in english
to make it known as
A PUBLIC RECORD.
Notice:
"DACIA" was the now Romanian Teritory
conquered by Traian during the war of 105-106 AD,
when this teritory was anexed to the Roman Empire as:
"TERRA ROMANIANUM",
in which the now name of "ROMANIA"
has its Origin, and when
thousands of Dacians were taken to Rome
as prisoners of war.

Dear members of the Prezidum of the Romanian Academy,
Through the prezente E mail I announce the Romanian Academy
that I have Broken
THE CODES OF THE TRAIAN'S COLUMN
where I have discovered that the Roman architect
APOLLODORUS OF DAMASCUS
has incorporatted in the Traian's Column
THE DACIA'S CODES.
As a Proof of this achivement
through the presente E mail I bring in attention of the Romanian Academy
Three Codes which for the Safety Reason
I do not Decode how I obtained them:
1st Code
(Decebal + 1 ) + ( Dacia + 1) = Traian
2nd Code:
(Sarmizegetusa + 1) + (Dacia + 1) = (Traian -1)+
+ Roman Calendar + Traian Column's Staircase
I now announce the Romanian Academy
that these Codes are part
of a System of Codes that appears be known in Rome
from the Ceasar's Time, and they appears to have survived
the passing of the time , and be also known by
DIONYSUS EXIGUUS
who around 527 AD ( as Roman Priest) separated the time in
BC - Before the Birth of Jesus Christ, and
AD - After the Birt of Jesus Christ.
and who through the following Code:
3rd Code:
((Decebal + The Decimal System) x 2 )) + 1 = Apollodorus + Dionysus
prooves that
THE DIVISION OF THE TIME IN "BC" and "AD"
was made by a Descendent of a Dacian people
thus through the essence, it is
A ROMANIAN CONTRIBUTION TO THE CIVILIZATION.
These Codes are part from a System of Codes
broken by me after cca. 28 years of research
to the Module in which
in the history of the time
the Geometrical Proportion coordonates with the Numerical.
This research during 1991
was considerated by a Team of NASA Senior Engineers
as possible " mathematicaly correct",
who have requested to The White House that
THE USA NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCES
to investigate the research.
When it was found that I was a Selfeducated with no Universitar Education
for Political Reasons they were sillenced,
and all kind of attempts were made that the research to be stollen from me,
and in USA to have creatted a File of Criminal, and if somehow
I shall ever come to vizit Romania,
to be stopped to come back to USA.
But as it happened
in the same time through Not Known to me USA Intelligence Agents
I was asked to "Continuu the Research", and as now
this Dirty Play Game it is Publicly Known, as it is also published
in a book now safeguarded on the shelves
of the academies of sciences of:
France, England, Japan, Australia, Sweden, Mexic, etc.
Presently the ownership of the research
was transfered by me to
THE GOVERNMENT OF SWEDEN
and on Internet was put under the controll of
THE USA DREXEL UNIVERSITY'S MATHFORUM
where on the Web pages of the Mathforum at:

in the serie of articles:
"THE FREQUENCY OF THE PI VALUE IN POINT"
can be found
THE GATE OF ENTRANCE
to these Dacian Codes.
As through the Breaking of the Traian Column's Codes
THE HISTORY OF THE ROMANIAN PEOPLE
shall be changed with respect to the Historical Fact
(codified by Apollodorus of Damascus in
THE TRAIAN COLUMN,
and by the Roman Priest Dionysus Exiguus
through the division of the Time in "BC" and "AD",
the Romanian Academy must now prepare.
The Research is now being prepared
to be presented ( in english) on the Mathforum Web pages
sometime in September of this year 2008.
Please, be advised:
(1) - The Life of Ion Vulcanescu can be found
in each published edition ( in total 8) which copies were also donatted to
the Library of the Romanian Academy.
(2) - The Romanian Academy is free to announce
THE DISCOVERY OF THE DACIAN CODES,
(3) - The Italian Embassy in Washington DC
was already announced.
