Question about polyhedra

I have a question about some information I found on Wikipedia about polyhedra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyhedron).
According to them, you can classify symmetric polyhedra by their Isogonal, Isotoxal and Isohedral properties.
So I conclude:
Semi-regular : Isogonal Uniform : Isogonal Quasi-regular: Isogonal & Isotoxal Noble : Isogonal & Isohedral Regular : Isogonal & Isotoxal & Isohedral
But can I assume that every Semi-Regular polyhedron is also a Uniform polyhedron and vice-versa? In other words: can there be a difference between polyhedra that are classified as Semi-Regular and Uniform? Are there more differences between the classifications as well?
regards F.
