The instructions on number 35 state "round answers to the nearest hudredth of a percent" The scoring guide states the answers as 3/18, 16 2/3%, or 16.6 repeating% None of which are rounded to the nearest hundredth. What should we use as correct answers, the key or the instructions? Is it fair to penalize the kids when the scoring guide doesn't distinguish between the answers?
