We did a quick comparison of our scores on the Integrated Algebra Regents to the June 2007 Math A Regents and it wasn't pretty:

June 2007 Math A Regents ? 82% of our students earned over half of the raw points available

June 2008 Algebra Regents ? 42% of our students earned over half of the raw points available

Anyone else seeing a trend of their scores being considerably lower than with the Math A exam? If this is a trend across the state should we expect a lot lower cutoff than we saw on the Math A? I anticipate a lot of explaining to do with the powers at be.
