A couple posts hidden in different threads have discussed this, so can we gather discussion here?

A previous poster stated that the state allows full credit for factoring and reducing (x^2-4)/(x-2).

Has there been official word from the state? Are they going to post a notice on the conversion chart page like they did for Integrated Algebra?

We had been counting the lack of attention to the domain, x>-2, as a conceptual error for a very harsh 3/6, according to the rubric. However, full credit seems like too much.
