I like the gizmos of http://www.explorelearning.com/ and the virtual manipulatives by http://nlvm.usu.edu/. I would like to know how to plan on creating a large collection of interactive objects. How many programmers I need? How much money I need to get started? What book I should read? Who I can talk to about project planning and management?
