I have derived an algorythm to expand, termwise, a polynomial with n
terms to the m power. What I want to know is if there is an existing
algorythm. I have mine working on a test program and need input.

Note: This algorythm is not the substitution method that reduces an n-term
polynomial to a binomial which can be quickly solved. This routine is more
efficient.
