Please, be advise that the Research Data of this 2008/2009
miniserie of article that I start now is part of
THE AMERICAN CIVILIZATION'S GEOMETRY,
an Independent Research Politically Sabottaged
by USA Government,
by USA National Academy of Sciences, and
by all Universities of the USA Massonic Ivy League.
However, in this Climate of Political Hate,
that as SELFEDUCATED I dare to Challenge
the Universally accepted Dogms and Norms, appeared
USA DREXEL UNIVERSITY,
which through this Mathforum has Opened to me the posibility
to Publicly make known this Research Data, and
by the Power of the USA Constitution lett me
express Opinions regarding the Historical Facts,
and the Conduct of those Involved in this Sabottage.

As you may already observed in my last articles that I posted
on this Mathforum, by the end of this 2008 spring time,
on February 14 I found out that NASA in sillence,
for years have taken and used parts of the Research Data of
THE AMERICAN CIVILIZATION'S GEOMETRY.
As it appeared that the FBI agents found out of this THEFT,
and the presente FBI Director has sillenced the Intelligence Agents
who unconfortably for The White House
begun spread rummors about this
"Conflict of Interests taking place to NASA",
in the article posted on this Mathforum:

I publicly called on the US Department of Justice
Attorney General Michael Mukasey to open an Investigation
of the involvment of last three USA Presidents:
- George W.H. Bush
- Bill Clinton, and
- the presente USA President George W. Bush
who all appears that KNEW about this THEFT , and
using their Political Powers of USA PRESISDENTS
permitted and Politically Covered up this THEFT.
Such Mathforum article was also presented to
the Leaders of the USA Senate and USA House of Representative,

A PUBLIC DOCUMENT.
What followed after this was not an Investigation
by the USA Department of Justice, or FBI,
but the Opening to me a " Civil Case, Lawsuit # 882/08
here in New York State, Monticello Supreme Court,
by a Local Judge member of the USA Masonry,
who under the cover of being "the legal representative"
of a client of my business
REFRIGERATION-HEATING SVCES INC,
sued my Business and Me for 3/4 million dollars
for the reasons that:
"REPORTING to the Local Prosecutor, NY State Police, and the FBI
that a known to me Police Officer of the Town of Fallsburg
and his girlfriend - known to me as being a Lawyer
refuse to pay for the work done by me,
(on which work I spend $ 2,000.00 in parts and supplies),
nameing them "Police Officer", and "Lawyer"
I DEFAIMED them, and they
through Lawsuit # 882/08 demanded
no more no less than 3/4 million dollars.
What Dirty Form of sillencing a Selfeducated Researcher !
Well, leaving aside the fact that the Insurance Company of my business
"PREFFERED MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY"
Refused their Demads (of 3/4 million dollars), and hired a Law Firm
to represent my Business and Me, as a
"PARANORMAL"MATHEMATICAL EFFECT
took place, on the date when I was served with the Legal Papers
of the Lawsuit 882/08, on Augsut 25 2008, I Reported to
- The USA Department of Justice,
- the New York City Offices of FBI,
and Other Interested Parties,
this "Paranormal" Mathematical Effect, and invited all of them
to see explained this "Paranormal" Mathematical Effect
here on the Webpages of the Mathforum.
As the Research Data was already Encoded, and mailled to
The Copyright Office of
THE USA LIBRARY OF CONGRESS,
and in registered sealed envelopes with the Seal of
THE USA FEDERAL MAIL
this Researdh Data is now More Safeguarded, I shall start now
to introduce you to this Research Data.

It was the evening of March 19 2008.
I was in my Cottage here in Hurleyville, and I was under
the Euphoria of "discovering" that:
- the Numerical Frequency ( 40)
of the science of mathematics PI Value, and
- the Numerical Frequency (44)
of the Sumerian Natural Geometric PI Value
when taken togheter and them squared as:
(40 + 44) x (40 + 44) = 84 x 84 = 7056
when applied on
THE ENGLISH ALPHABET
was appearing a Square of perimeter 7056
whose side (1764) it was my name "ION VULCANESCU".
As I said I was just under this Euphoria
when the bell to my cottage rung. As I went to the door
a Legal Paper Server served me with the Legal Papers
of the above Lawsuit . I took the Legal Papers, and
I went back to my research table, throwing such Papers on the table.
So big was the Euphoria to me that I did not have any desire
to look to the Legal Papers. But somehow my eyes reach them, and
I REMAINED SHOCKED: the Lawsuit Number (882) and Date (08)
were indicating...THE SQUARE on which side it was my name:
"882 x 8 = 7056"
I did not know what to do then to read the Legal Papers,
and with sorrow find out of
THE DIRTY SIDE OF THE HUMANS
THE DIRTY SIDE OF THE AMERICAN SOCIETY
when myself doing a honest and a good job
to a known to me Police Officer and his girlfriend,
also known as being a New York State Lawyer,
not only that I was refused be paid for such work, but
in the most sinister and dirty form I am now sued
for Reporting them to authorities
...and as HE (declares) was not a Police Officer
( although he pretended to be),
but just a Dispacher, and SHE was NOT YET a Lawyer,
but waiting to be approved as...a New York Lawyer,
( and she also lett it be understood
that she was a Lawyer),
they both wanted from me no more no less
than ...3/4 million dollars

...and in Sillence all of them came to show to me
THROUGH THE SQUARE OF PERIMETER 7056 = 882 x 8
that I was...THEIR HIGH PRIEST.
