The Human Voice's Mathematical Frequency - Part 3 : Ion Vulcanescu's "Paranormal" Mathematical Effect (Samples 1 thru 3),

through what happened to me,

This Effect was called by me as being a
"PARANORMAL" MATHEMATICAL EFFECT,
and in Encoded Form it was announced on aug. 25 2008 to
-US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, to the New York City Offices of
- THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS, and also to
- THE MATHFORUM OFFICE,
and now through this article's Research Data I shall begin its public presentation
opening up the Encoding Keys.

At the First Appearance, I took this Effect as no more no less than
A SIMPLE COINCIDENCE,
but as the Effect "882 x 8 = 7056"
was REPEATING ITSELF time-and-again,
and was involving not only the name of the Sumerian Gods,
the name of the ancient Egyptian Gods of Heliopolis
as also the name of the presente Gods of Civilization:
God, Evil, Buddha, Jesus Christ, and Mahommed,
when the name of ME and My Parents "FLORICA" and "STELIAN",
as also the name of the village I was born in Romania "PIELESTI",
and the name of the village I now live in USA "HURLEYVILLE",
was appearing also, and when the name of my business
"REFRIGERATION-HEATING SVCES. INC"
appeared tied togheter with my name "ION VULCANESCU"
again appeared, I knew that this was not just a "Simple Coincidence"
but it was A SIGNAL through which
AN UNKNOWN SUPREME POWER...ARRIVED
and ME, I was just ...HER HIGH PRIEST.
...and since in this year called 2008 AD these lines are FOR LAUGH,
by the Imposed Concepts that all Acceptable Proves must be done
only through the Physical, Historical, or Mathematical Forms,
herenow I come into open proving
PHYSICAL, HISTORICAL, AND ALSO MATHEMATICAL
what I just affirmed IN WRITING to the US Department of Justice,
and also to the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

in my name "VULCANESCU" is hidden not only "ONE",
but also "THE DECIMAL SYSTEM".
As the explanation of this Effect requires large textual explanations
for now I just present it, and later it shall be Fully Explained
in the other Research Data, as FIRSTLY , I have to explain
WHY the scientists of Gaius Julius Cesar "decided" to put letter J/10
as the 10th letter, letter U/21 as the 21 letter, and letter W/23,
as the 23 letter of THE ROMAN ALPHABET today called as
THE ENGLISH ALPHABET where can be seen the "54"
17 + 37 = 54 = 10 + 21 + 23 thus by the Gaius Julius Cesar's scientists
ROMULUS = THE ENGLISH ALPHABET
Until then this Effect as this:
(121 + 132) x 2 - 7056/16 = 54 + ( Decimal System + 1 )
