I'm new to this forum, so I don't know if this is the right place to post this question, but here it goes.

I've discussed this before with friends and professors and haven't been able to get a clear answer yet.

What is the probability of getting dealt an ace from a standard deck of 52 cards if 9 unknown cards have already been dealt?. Alternatively, if you were dealt an ace then 9 unknown cards are dealt, what is the probability that you will be dealt a second ace on the 11th dealing?
