Sum of interior angels of a 4-point 8-sided star

The sum of the interior angles of a "perfect" 4-point 8-sided star is 1080 degrees.

perfect: 8 sides are equal

Can someone prove that 1080 degrees is the correct answer? Attached is a pixture.

I've tried, but my answer is insufficient.
