Rearranging Arrays in Matlab

I'm a bit new to Matlab so this is probably really simple, but...

I have an array 83x141 of values which represent the Greenland Ice Sheet. But basically they are upside down. The rows and columns are right, but I don't know how to make the first y-value equal to the last and the last equal to the first and switch everything in between.
