Fractal Dimension and Hurst Parameter via Power Spectral Density

I am analysing self-affine fractal images by calculating the power sectral density and then computing the Hurst parameter. I have come across in the literature that the slope of the loglog PSD is related to the Hurst parameter such that
Hurst = (slope-2)/2 for a 1D FFT an Hurst=(slope-1)/2 for 2D FFT.

My question is, where can i find a program that makes self-affine fractals with a known Hurst parameter so i can just varify that i am calculating the Hurst parameter properly.

Thanks
