Immutable geometry

Hello, I've been working on algebra to describe the immutable properties of some geometry I've discovered.

The immutable (unchanging) property of this star..

...is that no matter where the variable points are on the outside of the circle, there is always a straight line passing throught the circle.

Anyone that is any good at analysing geometry using algebra, please follow up this post.
