I can't find my copies of old CUPM reports.

When did CUPM first recommend some sort of topology course (general, metric
space, etc.) for the undergrad curriculum for math majors?

I vaguely recall late 60s or early 70s, but I need something more precise for
a proposal I'm to prepare for my department.
