Women and Mathematics Education has published a "Selected Bibliography fo Gender Equity in Mathematics and Technology - Resources Published in l990-l996. It is a useful resource with many, many references. It was compiled by June Mark of EDC. I know it is available from WME for $5.00. And I would suggest if you are interested to contact Professor Charlene Morrow at Cmorrow@mtholyoke.edu.
There is a Myra Sadker article referenced "Gender Equity in the classroom: The Unfinished agenda." I'm sure you are all aware Myra was the leader of the researching team. And, I'm sure you are aware that Myra died two years ago which is probably why Wayne contacted David instead of Myra. Being from the Washington, D.C. area and having the Sadkers at the American University in DC, I have had the fortune through the years of hearing them speak on differeng gender issues. Myra was a stickler for proper research and techniques. Their work has integrity!
Also, the bibliography contains more than 2 dozen reports, monographs, and other bibliographies. And, there are several dozen books and as many chapters in books listed.
To be informed one must do some of their own work. For those interested I've provided a source and a way to get the resource. If by chance Professor Marrow has no more, then I will be glad to zerox my copy (with permission, of course) and send it. --
