Hi all.

Is it true (and how to prove it?) that a 1-dimension connected submanifold of
an affine space E is always also a curve, i.e. the codomain of a continuous map
from an R interval into E?

Can anyone give any indication about where to find such a statement/result?

Thanks for any reply
