I spoke to People's Publishing again today. (The contact person is Anita
Temeres.) They plan to sell the textbook alone for $47.00 to schools.
They will also bundle it with Minitab (Windows version only at this time)
for $52.46. This bundle is only through People's Publishing and only for
HIGH SCHOOLS. The ISBN number I was given for the bundle is 17442-4. I
was told shipping runs about 10% and they do not charge sales tax to
schools. Phone numbers are 800-822-1080 or 201-712-1706. They can also be
reached by e-mail at ppg712@aol.com. Teacher's materials (teacher's
solution manual, test bank and data disk) are included free with adoption.
I don't know the minimum order to qualify.

I'm planning on using the Siegal book as a more readable alternative to
Moore McCabe. I also plan to use Schaeffer et al's Activity Based
Statistcs and, like Al Coons, I love How to Lie With Statistics.
