The crucial assumption for us teachers is:
On the AP test students will either not be expected to calculate a particular "correct" Q1 or Q3 or that (more likely) questions involving Q1 and Q3 will be more general in nature and not depend upon a specific definition.
Anyone on the AP Board care to comment??
